December 2011 Check on progress and begin scheduling School Challenges
January 2012 Team members finalized
Feb/Mar 2012 School and Library Challenges held
April 2012 Grand Challenge between winners of Library Challenges
April 2012 Global Reading Challenge with the winners from the Fraser
Valley Region, including Surrey and Coquitlam, and Seattle,
Washington will compete by video conference
